About the Program

What is the Cancellation Policy?


SUMMER PROGRAM CANCELLATION POLICY Cancellation Policy 15 days Before $40.00 Cancellation Fee 14 Days before $75.00 Cancellation Fee 7 Days before $175.00 Cancellation Fee 6 days before NON-REFUNDABLE VOUCHERS If you are receiving state assistance or vouchers please schedule an appointment with the program coordinator Tina Baker 781-479-8327.




When are payments due?


Payments for non-voucher enrollments Deposit upon registration $75.00 + $40.00 registration fee. Full payment is due 2 weeks before the start date. Payments for families with vouchers. $40.00 donation (going towards snacks and Tshirts) to hold the space. Voucher enrollments parent fee is due 2 weeks before the start date.




Are meals included?


Meals are provided by Lynn public schools summer meal program. Meals included breakfast, lunch and 1 snacks. However parents are encouraged to provide extra healthy snack, non sugar drinks, fruits and water bottles. NO NUTS.




Do you have meals for students with allergies?


We are a nut free program. Parents are required to provide meals and snack for students with food allergies. Please be sure to NOTIFY the office with any health allegies and concerns.




Do you give dicounts for students enrolling more than 1 week?


NON VOUCHER ENROLLMENTS The more sessions you sign up for, the more you save per session! The rates below indicate the total cost for the total amount of weeks you sign your child up for. Special rates are due in full by June 22 or two weeks before the start of the program. 2 weeks $ 600.00 3 weeks $ 750.00 4 weeks $ 900.00 5 weeks $ 1,100.00 6 weeks $ 1,300.00




What time does the program start and finish?


Program starts at 9:00 AM and finishes at 5:30. We offer early arrival time for an additional $10.00 per day. If your child is participating in the beginners Golf Program they must be dropped of at the Gannon Municipal Golf at 7:30 AM no extra charge. Program is for children 6 years and up.




What does the program include?


The program inlcudes enrichment activities in science, engineering, reading, art, technology, field trips, sports and recreation, but most of all music and math. It is to prevent learning loss during the summer. * We are offering Introduction to golf for 4 weeks one day a week Students must be enrolled for the 4 weeks of July 6th through July 31st.




How much does it cost to enroll your child?


BBTMusic has various options including acceptance of vouchers, and and limited partial-scholarship Assistance . BBTMusic standard weekly cost is S350.00. However, we all need somebody to lean on. We recognize that families have different circumstances at home and that it might influence a family’s ability to pay for camp. We believe that every child deserves the chance to go to summer program . As a non-profit BBTMusic organization we work very hard to supply assistance to families that demonstrate a need. Our program is a highly unique innovated Integrative Arts Program that uses music as the spark to light the fire for learning. We focus on prevention of learning loss using music. We are the only after school and summer program which is music based integrating music into every aspect of STEM and STEAM subjects. We specialize in STREAM which includes very important elements of reading and literacy in a creative and fun way integrating music. Our program is structured with a student to teacher ration of 10:1, small grouped by age.




Is Transportation Available?


Parents are responsible to drop off and pick up their children.
